Senior Accounts Receivable & Administration

MOURITZ Air Conditioning & Solar is one of Perth's longest established and awarded air conditioning companies for the past 45 years. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities End to end accounts receivable Communicate with customers to resolve accounts enquiries Data entry and answering telephone calls within the accounts team General account reconciliations. All aspects of Accounts Payable General accounts administration duties Experience & Knowledge To be successful in this role you will need to have the following credentials
A minimum of 5 years previous experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in a multi-departmental environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Excellent computer literacy and accuracy Ability to work and maintain performance in a pressured environment Sound conflict resolution skills Work in a team environment Effective time management skills Ability to work unsupervised Please lodge your resume and covering letter demonstrating your experience and suitability for this position.
