What you'll do: As a Senior Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling supplier and subcontractor invoices, distributing accounts payable emails and mail, reviewing and processing employee expense claims, as well as reconciling corporate credit cards.
You will also be tasked with maintaining vendor files, providing payment information to vendors, and offering support to internal staff.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices Distribution of accounts payable emails and mail Reviewing and processing employee expense claims Reviewing, processing and reconciling corporate credit cards Reconciling supplier statements Executing payment runs including EFT, B-Pay, FX.
Reconciling direct debit payments.
