Senior Accounts Payable Officer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for processing invoices and payments, providing customer service to internal staff and creditors, and offering senior-level support to junior AP staff.

What you'll do: Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices Distribution of accounts payable emails and mail Reviewing and processing employee expense claims Reviewing, processing and reconciling corporate credit cards Executing payment runs including EFT, B-Pay, FX.
Maintenance of vendor files Providing payment and status information to vendors Providing support to internal staff What you bring: Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability for accuracy Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking capabilities Ability to interact with various levels of management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment Intermediate Excel skills Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
