You are well versed in VIM and the SAP Accounts Payable module (or similar). Your attributes and experience also include:Communicating effectively to build relationships with your team as well as internal and external stakeholders.Mentoring, training, and supporting your team with the day-to-day tasks.Working autonomously and managing your capacity to meet business needs.Analytically minded to problem-solve technical and complex operational matters.Strong IT skills and comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite.About the role:As an experienced Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for providing account processing support and coverage for the day-to-day tasks. You will train, mentor and delegate tasks to the AP team as well as educate the wider business using the SAP and VIM systems. You will also assist the AP Lead when necessary, particularly with VIM statistical reporting. Day-to-day tasks include:Processing all forms of accounts payable transactions.Following up oninvoices and processing in VIM and SAP systems.Daily invoice matching integrity checks and regular review of invoices not yet scheduled for payment.Ensuring invoice processing occurs within supplier credit terms.Contributing to AP and VIM system upgrades and operational reviews, including testing scenarios and advising on system capabilities and possible improvements.This is an opportunity to grow your career and redefine your role in tomorrow's industry landscape.
