Senior Accounts Payable Officer

What you'll do: Processing supplier and subcontractor invoicesDistribution of accounts payable emails and mailReviewing and processing employee expense claimsReviewing, processing and reconciling corporate credit cardsExecuting payment runs including EFT, B-Pay, FX.Maintenance of vendor filesProviding payment and status information to vendorsProviding support to internal staffWhat you bring: Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability for accuracyStrong organisational skills and multi-tasking capabilitiesAbility to interact with various levels of managementAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentIntermediate Excel skillsAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
