Reporting through to the Accounts Payable Manger, you will be responsible for the following duties: Although this firm uses automated systems, there is still the need for data entry and checking of inventory, expenses and reimbursements Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct Accounts Payable process is being adhered to Reconciliation of supplier statements and follow up on any anomalies Adhoc projects, reporting or administration tasks as required You….
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the following areas: Ideally two years experience working in a high volume Accounts Payable environment Keen eye for detail Enjoy working on continual improvement of processes to increase efficiency A naturally bright and sunny nature with a curious approach to work Genuine team player who thrives in a busy environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A desire to step up to a Team Leader capacity in the future How to apply…..
