Established in 1973, our headquarters are in SA, with 27 branchesacross Australia, we lead the market by offering sustainable, cutting-edge AirTouch solutions that continue torevolutionise comfort in homes and businesses.About the RoleThe Senior Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for leading the Accounts Payable team and to provide efficient and accurate processing and payment of all invoices.Role Responsibilities:Lead the AP team in end-to-end high-volume accounts payable and drive KPI's.Manage all supplier and internal relationships and enquiries in a positive and professional manner.Ensure accurate and timely processing of all domestic expense and purchase order invoices.Ensure accurate and timely processing of all import invoices including exchange gains/losses and landed costs.Ensure supplier payments are made within agreed timeframes.Management of staff credit cards and employee reimbursements.Verify accurate coding of all expense invoices before processing.Perform supplier account reconciliations and resolve differences.Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including but not limited to Trade Payables and Goods Received Not Invoiced.Completion of credit applications including negotiation of terms with the supplier.Ensure GST codes are applied adequately.Update and develop SOPs for all accounts payable related duties.Drive continuous improvement in processes for increased efficiency.Provide guidance, training and support for the accounts payable team.Ensure an efficient method of record keeping is maintained.What you bring to the role:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleAttention to Detail: Demonstrates a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.Possesses strong organisational skills, adept at prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs to accomplish tasks efficiently.Displays excellent data entry skills with a focus on maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity.Demonstrates exceptional abilities in providing customer service, fostering interpersonal relationships, and resolving issues effectively.Works effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to group dynamics and achieving collective goals.Capable of multitasking with ease, maintaining a proactive 'can-do' mindset to address challenges and achieve objectives efficiently.If you are ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with Polyaire, please submit your application, highlighting your relevant experience and why you believe you would be a great fit for this role.
