They have a client centric approach, which primarily consists of HNW clients.About the role:Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team. Ideally we are seeking someone with a minimum of 4 years Australian Public Practice experience. Dependant on experience, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing client relationships, and overseeing work of other accountants in your team.Duties: Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting services. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents. Review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Skills and experience: CA/CPA qualification preferred. Min. 4 years of accounting experience. Experience in public accounting. Proficiency in Xero software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
