About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Accounting Supervisor to provide financial guidance and play a support role in managing one of our amazing teams to deliver great outcomes to our clientele. We are looking for people who desire to have an impact, continue to learn, and grow. They must also demonstrate ownership of tasks and projects, attention to detail, excellent people skills, and a customer service-centric mindset. Duties include (but are not limited to): Prepares accounts, annual returns, BAS, FBT, budgets and cashflow forecasts. Attends to the requirements of companies and trusts. Monitors client management reports for underlying business improvement issues. Prepares business benchmarking reports for clients. Effective delegation and review of client work where appropriate. Cross selling of the firm's products and identifying client needs. Maintains awareness of clients' debtors in consultation with Accounts Receivable. Requirements: Ability to manage own practice by accurately recording WIP, billing to target and keeping debtors under control. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and accounting packages (XERO experience is preferred but NOT essential). Why Join Us?
