Leverage Your Investment/Property Accounting Experience – We require a commercial and strategic thinker who can demonstrate end-to-end fund accounting experience, taking the initiative to constantly improve the delivery of accurate investor and portfolio reporting.
Utilise your Technical Accounting Advice and Expertise – Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take full responsibility for all accounting/finance related tasks across all funds in the portfolio, including new property acquisitions, providing analysis and commentary as required.
Work Independently, While Managing a Busy Workflow – You'll have the structure of a supportive team, with articulated strategy and clear deadlines.
