Job Description
The Senior Accountant will manage the accounting functions in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Business to Business Collections, and general office support. There are opportunities to work on projects, financial analysis, and special reporting. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC mission "to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and Development."
Job description summary: In charge of account payables, accounts receivable, inclusive of collections callsAssist and review daily and monthly general ledger account reconciliationsMonitor project progress and financial performance/PO managementMonthly Financial Reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash FlowCompleting monthly and annual closing activitiesEnsure compliance requirements are met such as PAYG, GST, BAS, superannuation are paid accordinglyEnsure that intercompany invoices/charges are relevant and captured/accruedCommission calculations and ensuring they are paid in accordance with the business incentive plans.Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive business decisions.Preparation of various schedules and reports for internal usersAssist with Ad Hoc reporting and tasksOther secondary duties may be assigned from time to time Requirements Bachelor's in accounting or financeCourse work to include Accounting, Finance, and Cost AccountingMinimum of 5+ years' experience in a Senior accounting roleExpert knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and CollectionsExpert knowledge of GAAP and Journal entriesExperience with MS Office essential and XERO desiredThe ability and willingness to travel is preferred Benefits Hybrid Working ModelPart-TimeEAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
