You will be working directly with clients and our team.  You will manage and train Graduate Accountants. What we are looking for: 5+ years' client facing experience in an Australian Public Practice, specialising in business services Experience with Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks accounting software packages High level communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills with high level attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management in organising and prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines Demonstrate initiative, drive and self-motivation  Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Preparation of financial statements and tax returns Management of a dedicated client base Coaching and development of staff, including management of jobs, workflow and budgets Communicating with clients regarding taxation queries Communicating with the ATO and other government bodies on client matters  MWJ is people focused, offering flexible working arrangements.
