Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team and take on a leadership role.
This position will involve managing client relationships, overseeing tax compliance and planning, and working closely with the Partners on business advisory projects.
The successful candidate will lead a small team, mentor junior accountants, and handle complex financial tasks for a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for a range of entities including companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
Lead tax planning and compliance efforts, providing strategic advice to clients.
Work closely with Partners on business advisory services such as budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and growth strategies.
Manage and build client relationships, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.
Oversee and mentor junior accountants, reviewing their work and guiding their development.
Contribute to improving internal processes and participate in firm-wide initiatives to drive efficiency.
Utilize Xero and other accounting software to manage and streamline workflow.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CA/CPA qualified.
4+ years of experience in public practice accounting.
Strong knowledge of tax compliance, financial reporting, and business advisory.
Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and work closely with clients.
