Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role supports high-level budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario planning, working with department heads to develop cohesive financial strategies and insights that shape critical business decisions.Responsibilities also include overseeing tax preparation and compliance, audits, and internal controls, along with driving systems and process improvements. A central aspect of this role is establishing a scalable financial framework that evolves in tandem with the company's expansion, ensuring the finance function remains robust and forward-focused.The PersonExperience and qualifications: A seasoned professional with over 5 years of accounting experience, ideally from the fast-paced world of e-commerce scale-ups.
