Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational accounting functions of a leading development and construction business.
In this role, you'll:
Complete financial reconciliations, forecasting, and cost control.Conduct financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and data analytics.Provide high-level support and strategic advice to senior managers and the finance team. About You:
Looking for a passionate and driven individual with:
CA or CPA accreditation (or working towards).At least 3+ years of prior accounting experience (construction industry; highly desirable).Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), financial software, and business intelligence tools (Jobpac experience is advantageous).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver successful outcomes.
