You will be the primary accounting professional for GFG Projects, which is an award-winning full-service development and construction company with offices in both Toowoomba and Brisbane.
WHAT will you do? You'll take your exceptional knowledge of accounting practices and legislation to assist the operational accounting function for GFG Projects. You'll be responsible for:
Completing reconciliationsForecastingCost controlAnalyticsFinancial modelling and feasibilityWorking with and supported by our experienced finance team and senior managers, you'll provide high-level support and advice.
WHO will you be? You'll be a passionate, motivated individual with:
5 years post-graduate experienceAccreditation as either a CA / CPACommercial accounting experience, preferably with a background in public practiceAdvanced level computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), financial software packages, and business intelligence toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to build and manage relationships for successful outcomesExperience and knowledge of the construction industry and associated systems, including Jobpac would be a distinct advantage; however, we don't just build projects, we build careers and will support you with your transition and learning.
