Senior Accountant

Eskleigh Foundation Inc. is a proudly Tasmanian not for profit that has been supporting Tasmanians with disabilities for over 76 years.With our corporate team based in Perth Tasmania, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.The OpportunityReporting to the Chief People Officer and working with the CEO and the Treasurer of the Board, you will manage the day-to-day financial operations of Eskleigh Foundation Inc.Some of your responsibility will include but is not limited to:Manage financial assets, budgets of the organisation and have oversight of payroll systems and processes.Maintaining accurate and up to date record keeping for internal stakeholders, taxation, audits and other relevant bodies.Develop systems to monitor performance and compliance of Eskleigh Foundation in relation to the terms and conditions of funding contracts and grants with any funding bodies.Provide financial information to the Board of Directors, CEO and the Leadership team.Strive for continuous improvement in financial reporting systems.About youProven experience (minimum 3 years) in senior financial management/operations positions.Relevant tertiary qualifications in business/commerce/finance.Experience in 2nd or 3rd tier accounting systems.What we can offer youFlexible working arrangements.Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 annually.Supportive Culture working in a not for profit that is making a difference in people's lives.EAP support available for you and your family.How to applyPlease apply by selecting apply above.We require all applications to include the below:Current ResumeCover letter addressing your experience and qualifications as referenced in the position description.Application close 5pm Friday 11 October 2024.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years of accounting experience do you have?Have you completed a certified practising accountant (CPA) qualification?What's your expected annual base salary?Report this job advert
