THE POSITION Management of month end Compass Group Australia (CGA) purchases and rebates (purchasing income) consolidations and allocations processes.Month end review, analysis and accounting for CGA purchasing income for CGA sectors against budget/forecast.Month end accounting, review, and analysis of P&Ls and Balance Sheet for Foodbuy/Procurement support office against budget/forecast.Development, preparation, analysis and submission of budget/forecasts for Foodbuy/Procurement support office.Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting and financial results, including identification of risks and opportunities in financial performance.Management of timely invoicing and accounting for manual rebate claims and Foodbuy client fee invoicing and disbursements in line with contractual requirements and entitlements.Working capital review, monthly reporting, and risk management for Foodbuy debtors and accruals.Governance over Foodbuy financial operations including audit and compliance against supplier contracts, monthly/quarterly/annual KFC compliance, internal and external auditor liaison and support, and working with analytics and procurement teams ensuring accuracy of master data.THE PERSON: Tertiary Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or international equivalent).At least 7 years' work experience in a finance-related intermediate or senior capacity.Solid financial modelling skills, and the ability tosimplify complex data and models into succinct and clear messages.An analytical mind.Experience working with high volume data and fast paced industries will be highly regarded.Experience within catering service, procurement, or related industry.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.THE BENEFITS Paid parental leave.Multiple salary packaging options to make your dollar go further.Easy access to 100+ retail discounts.Opportunity to learn new skills and move to different internal roles.Apply now or reach out to ****** for a confidential discussion.
