Core Talent are supporting a global service company to recruit a Senior Accountant on a permanent basis.
This is a new role due to a recent merger and continuous growth.
The company is currently working in 60 countries.
Supported by an award-winning CFO, the Senior Accountant will play a massive part in ensuring the smooth running of the finance function as well as assisting in driving the business forward.

The Senior Accountant's key duties will include: Preparation of management accountsMonth-end journals / accruals / prepayments and balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare various monthly company and cost centre reportsMaintain the fixed assets registerOversee the AP and AR functions and ensure adherence to systemsProcess and reconcile overseas paymentsPrepare and lodge BAS and FBT returnsCoordinate periodic stock takes and address any resulting variancesProcess stock adjustmentsAssist the CFO in preparing various analysis reports to enable timely decision-makingExperience of being in a similar positionConfident with month-end accountingEffective communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders.If you are interested in the role, please contact Mark Caunce on 0435336512.
