You will be an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. Position Responsibilities Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely mannerWork with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clientsAssist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsLead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trustsLiaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clientsParticipate in training seminars, team meetings and social eventsHelp provide exceptional service to our clientsAbout You 4+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting PracticeChartered Accountant qualification or in progressBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similarExpertise in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickbooksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCommitted to providing exceptional service to our clientsProactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
