The Role As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our client service delivery and take on a leadership position within our team. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as their primary point of contact Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and Business Activity Statements (BAS) Providing advice on taxation and business structuring matters Conducting financial analysis and forecasting Collaborating with team members to ensure high service standards and low stress levels Contributing to a supportive and dynamic team culture Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting Completed or pursuing CA/CPA certification Minimum of 5 years public practice experience Proficiency in XERO Strong knowledge of Australian taxation legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer At our firm, we cultivate a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values professional growth and work-life balance.
