They are now looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team of 16. Their services include Bookkeeping, Tax Compliance & Business Advisory. The Role: Manage the preparation of financial statements for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and SMSF's; Preparation of BAS & FBT Returns; Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards; Ability to liaise with all internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships; Manage WIP to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget; Provide assistance, training and guidance to reporting staff and oversee workflow; Provide Management Accounting Reporting, including analysis and advice, as well as corporate advisory services. Skills & Experience: Bachelor Degree in an associated field in Australia CA or CPA qualified A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail Be self-directed, motivated and ability to ensure all deadlines are met Ability to manage a team and take responsibility Experience with Xero essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
