In this role, youll work closely with a diverse range of clients, manage complex accounting issues, lead junior staff, and play a key role in financial strategy and compliance.

Review work papers and ensure appropriate evidence is documented; Applies knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating and how the client is positioned in the industry; Shares knowledge, best practices and industry market trends to actively increase the overall knowledge of the team; Communicates with manager and partners on work flow and matters relating to staff performance; Reviews work of junior team members; Ensure processing of information into the Firms systems has been properly recorded; Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards; Identifies, research and resolve all complex accounting issues; Analyses management accounting reports and provides advice to clients; Reviews income tax returns for individuals, companies, super funds, partnerships and trusts; and Delivers complex tax planning for clients.
