Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing firm. You will have undertaken a relevant tertiary degree and CA/CPA accreditation (or currently seeking to start or be working towards completion of this qualification). Developed through a solid work history in public practice, you will have a strong knowledge in accounting and business advisory services, working collaboratively to elevate our practice and related entities to new heights. Join our team of accountants and business advisors in a modern office with a positive working culture.
You will demonstrate: Technical and tax knowledge. Ability to meet senior level KPIs for productivity and job output. Experience with Microsoft Office, Xero, MYOB and other bookkeeping software. XPM experience highly regarded but not essential. Capacity to work autonomously and within a team. Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work within set timeframes and meet deadlines. Commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing professional development. Positive contribution to the office culture. Confidence and professionalism in all communications, written, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA or CA qualification is highly desirable. 3+ years of experience in public accounting or a similar role. Solid understanding of Australian tax regulations.
