The Accountant position is a key role within that, helping support client delivery and allow the Director's to drive the growth agenda. Description
The Accountant position will predominantly service small businesses in the $10-20m t/o range. The core clients will include professional firms (lawyers, financial planners etc), medical practitioners and construction-related businesses. Core activities will include:
Accounts production and oversight of bookkeeping activitiesTax compliance and returns across a range of applicable measuresAccounting and tax advisory and guidanceWider accounting and financial support as requiredProfile
The ideal Accountant should have:
CA qualification or equivalent with Australia experience highly preferredProficiency in the use of accounting softwareStrong knowledge of accounting standards and tax/regulatory requirementsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to provide high-quality client serviceCommitment to continuous professional developmentJob Offer
