They are seeking a Senior Accountant that will work closely with their Directors and Partners to deliver high quality and timely services to their clients.You will be responsible for:Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for all entity types, which will involve communicating directly with clients.Analysing financial information to identify key tax and commercial issues and communicate these effectively.Review and preparation of Business Activity Statements.Work closely with junior team to develop skills.Preparation of monthly management reports (using software including Spotlight Reporting).Opportunities to develop/learn other advisory skills.Communicate and develop relationships with team members and clients.Help develop internal business improvements project to deliver efficiencies.We are seeking a highly skilled candidate in tax and compliance and the use of Accounting Software (predominantly Xero), who has strong knowledge of the current Australian Taxation System, a desire to coach and develop junior staff, and has completed or is currently completing their CA or CPA.
