Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns. Provide expert business advisory services to a varied client portfolio. Develop and implement effective financial strategies. Mentor and oversee junior staff, ensuring quality and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes. ABOUT YOU CA or CPA Qualified with relevant Australian qualifications. 5+ years of experience in business services and accounting. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and client management abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player. Full rights to work in Australia, currently residing in Australia. Immediate availability preferred.
