We are looking for an awesome Senior Accountant to join our growing public practice team alongside other entrepreneurial and commercially minded rockstars. This permanent, full-time opportunity plays a key role in BlueRock's success and allows you to partner with some of Melbourne's coolest entrepreneurial business owners.
What you'll be doing: You will be working with a diverse range of clients on everything from:
Tax consulting including employee share schemes, restructuring and advice Strategic business planning Supporting our up and coming talent to develop and grow Financial modelling and forecasting Working alongside other teams within BlueRock to identify opportunities to collaborate?on client engagements From a compliance point of view, you will play a role in our team to ensure our clients meet compliance and tax obligations, including:
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns Preparing and lodging BASs, IAS, FBT Returns About BlueRock Accounting BlueRock Accounting is our original and largest team here at BlueRock. Requirements We want to hear from people who have:
3-5 years experience within a mid-tier Accounting firm Previous experience mentoring and coaching graduates and junior team members Degree qualification and are CA or CPA qualified (or near completion) Strong level of technical advisory proficiency; with tax and consulting/modelling engagements including budgeting, cash flow forecasting & valuations Excellent Microsoft Excel and Xero skills Benefits Our people love to work for us, here's why!
