Our experts work with businesses of all sizes, helping to improve performance and achieve strategic growth.We continue to experience growth and seeking a Senior Accountants to join our Business Advisory team in the Southport office.
You will be a conscientious accounting professional with demonstrated experience in public practice and will enjoy providing a high-level service, expert advice, and support to a range of client groups, including individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies.Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and general-purpose reports for various entities and industriesConduct tax research and handle general tax administration tasks, including GST, PAYG, BAS, and IAS preparationService a diverse client base, resolving issues and addressing individual client needsPerform journal adjustments, reconciliations, and supporting work papers for clients' accountsBuild and maintain positive and personalised working relationships with clients and colleaguesProvide development, coaching, and mentoring opportunities to less experienced team members as requiredParticipate in professional development activities to stay up to date with industry trends and changes in accounting standardsDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout youQualification(s) and/or professional accreditation(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business/Commerce, Accounting, or FinanceCA or CPA qualifiedDemonstrated professional experience in business and tax advisory within a public practice settingProfessional, client-focused, and invested in developing into a trusted business advisorExcellent prioritisation, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to adapt in high-pressure situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbout the Vincents experienceOur people are our greatest strength.
