They are close knit team of exceptional and experienced auditors who are looking for their next Senior Auditor to join their team.ESV is embarking on an exciting phase of growth, and we're on the lookout for a Senior Advisor who shares our passion for Business Advisory and Compliance.As a market leader in delivering audit services to a diverse clientele, including startups, consulting firms, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals, we offer an exceptional opportunity for individuals seeking to make a meaningful impact.Responsibilities of the role will include;Preparinga set of financial statements (GPFR and consolidated) with minimal supervision and be able to identify significant issues and determine a strategy on how to deal with these issues (implementation to be done with Partner / Client Director / Client Manager)Reviewing financial statements prepared by Junior Advisors and Advisors and provide feedback to assist with their developmentLeading and managingsmall sized engagements with minimal supervision and review points.Reviewing the work of more junior team members to ensure compliance and work is performed at required levelsCommunicatingclearly, concisely and accurately in all verbal and written communications, using appropriate business language to clients.Identifying opportunities to add value to existing clients i.e. process improvement and fraud reviewsAssisting Client Managers / Partners with the presentation of technical advice papers as required. Start to build rapport with client stakeholders and starting to be seen as a trusted advisor Desired Skills and ExperienceIdeally the successful candidate will have:4+ years audit experience working within a public accounting firmHave completed or be completing CA or CPA qualificationsProactive team playerExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken#J-18808-Ljbffr
