The Company Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Accountant for a property advisory organization.

Working closely with the Finance Manager and Project Manager, they are seeking to appoint a passionate and professional Senior Accountant to undertake a broad range of duties within the Finance team.
This is a critical support role primarily responsible for a variety of financial tasks crucial to the success of the business including reconciliations, journals, P&L review, CoA/GL Mapping, Payroll Support and Data Audits This is a temporary role to help them through two system implementations and so If you are immediately available, open temporary roles and are ready to join a motivated and supportive finance team with a fantastic culture… then this role is for you!
The Role You will report to the Finance Manager and carry out the responsibilities of the Assistant Accountant.
Some typical duties will involve: Assist the Finance Manager and Project Manager to develop robust processes to ensure data integrity across systems integrations is maintained Assist with the mapping and streamlining of multiple CoA's across several entities, assisting in creating a simplified GL Assist with data audits and implementation processes, including developing accurate reporting and P&L analysis when required Assist with ancillary support to entities in terms of the system rollouts Manage processes and develop procedures/documentation of changes that form part of the implementation process Assist in data collection, collation and distribution Complete Payroll support services as required Liaise with project stakeholders and entity Finance & Payroll Managers This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking a great opportunity with an immediate start.
Your Profile To be successful you will have proven experience in a high-volume accounting environment with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts.
The following attributes will also be highly advantageous: Prior experience in project work or system implementation Usage of NetSuite and Employment Hero Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy and Finance System savvy Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills Excellent communication skills - Approachable and helpful manner (essential) The ability to draft accurate and concise financial reports Self motivated and the ability to manage workload and deadlines Inter-personal, communication and approachability skills are directly linked to your potential success within this role.
