Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager – Projects (International) to join our team. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for key account management for large international school projects, providing expertise in space design and planning for school furniture; winning opportunities to deliver sales and profitability targets; and building long term relationships.
Key responsibilities:
Relationship development of key contacts within the international market to increase BFX success of large school projects including new school builds, large extensions and upgrades. Identification and prospecting of new business opportunities. Provide expert consultation, design and project management including precise project handover documentation and communication for management of delivery and installation by the Project Delivery team, to clients of BFX Furniture. Accurate and complete recording of customer interactions and notes in CRM. Maintain accurate, complete and up to date customer information in CRM. Maintain an accurate, complete and up to date sales opportunity pipeline in CRM. Maintain a high level of industry and product knowledge. Maintain proficiencies of technical sales applications required to successfully fulfil the duties of the role, including but not limited to CRM, Drawing applications and other sales tools. Collaborate with the projects team to elevate perception of BFX across international markets and communicate industry intelligence. Experience / Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development. Proven results in sales. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with CRM systems and sales databases. Strong numeracy skills and financial literacy. Other requirements:
Driver's license. Working with Children Card. Ability to travel internationally and nationally when required and may be at short notice. Close access to a large international airport accessing many international destinations.
