The Senior Account Manager at Cora Group will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth within the vertical. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a solid background in logistics or transport management. Healthcare experience is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Collaborate with the Cora Care Customer Specialist team to address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement including, but not limited to, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Annual Business Reviews. Review, negotiate, and renew client agreements. Growth Focus on increasing the share of wallet and extension growth within existing accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to supplement growth efforts. Communicate and implement customer uprates in a timely manner. Develop and present compelling proposals and tenders to existing and potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention. Service Delivery and Optimisation Ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics services that meet or exceed client expectations. Work closely with the operations team to streamline service delivery processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Record all client-related activity in Cora's CRM. Account Planning Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans for key clients. Monitor and update account plans regularly to reflect changing client needs and market conditions. Ensure account plans align with overall business objectives and growth strategies. Strategic Planning and Implementation Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic growth plans. Analyse market trends and client needs to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve business objectives. Financial Oversight Develop and manage budgets for client accounts. Monitor account profitability and implement strategies to enhance financial performance. Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processes. Qualifications: Education & Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or related fields within the logistics or transport industries. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field is highly regarded. Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly regarded. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
