Senior Account ManagerMiranda location, a short walk from station and local shops and eateriesSupportive training and career progressionAbout your new role: This role will be situated in our Legal Force area of the business. Legal Force is a subsidiary of Credit Corp and provides specialised debt recovery services to Local Government and Statutory Bodies, including local councils.
As a Local Government, Senior Account Manager you will be working with multiple Local Government clients, managing accounts from the referral stage through to enforcement, communicating and making pragmatic legal recommendations for the best outcome.
What your new job involves: Manage outstanding accounts on behalf of our clientsManaging inbound and outbound call activityManaging complex legal filesBuild and establish relationships with our customers and clientsCreating positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutionsProblem solving and objection handlingUploading and processing legal documentsAdministration tasks and dutiesWhat we can offer you!
