Agency Account Management (Advertising, Arts & Media) Contract/Temp Salt is collaborating with an independent creative agency that excels in crafting targeted strategies to connect retail brands with consumers.
To support their core clients, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager for a 5 month Fixed Term Contract, starting in January 2025.
Based in the inner suburbs, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering design and branding projects for renowned fashion brands and homeware retailers.
Key Tasks Overview: Briefs: Receive and respond to client briefs, craft internal creative briefs led by the CD, and develop timing plans. Project trafficking: Track and communicate project statuses, ensuring seamless coordination. Production: An understanding of the creative process / photographic production. Efficiently manage processes within the creative team, optimising resources for top-notch results. Project WIP meetings (internal and client) / creative reviews / production updates. Engage with stakeholders as needed and operate client approval systems for smooth project delivery. Budget management: invoicing, client estimates, client forecasting, suppliers estimates, resourcing to budget. Juggling multiple briefs at any one time, from photoshoots, branding projects to design. Candidate Profile: Excellent listening and communication skills to navigate complex tasks and engage effectively with stakeholders. A professional, positive, and proactive attitude, with a drive to take ownership and propel projects forward. Self-managing and savvy, with a proactive approach to tasks. Confident yet approachable, capable of fostering trust and rapport with clients. Enthusiastic about expanding category knowledge and offering consultative support as needed. Adaptive, prioritising, and adept at multitasking in a composed manner. Comfortable working within established process frameworks and collaborating within a team environment. Strategy and business management understanding for this client is key. Ideal Experience: Minimum 5 years of account management experience within a campaign or branding agency. Experienced in client planning, proposal writing, brief writing, operational project management and presentation skills. Fashion and retail experience would be a distinct advantage. Proficient in managing multiple projects & timelines. Budget management and forecasting. An understanding of the photographic production process.
