No day is the same – working with many different stakeholders across different scopes of work means that you never get bored and are always learning Responsibilities Work with brands to understand their business objectives and develop the Influencers' campaign strategy. Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps, platform strategy, and the overall One Impression narrative Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement: Manage the planning, execution, ongoing reporting, and optimization of campaigns (oversee revenue, manage internal analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations) Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client/influencers requests Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross-functional partnerships as well as client relationships in a complex and rapidly evolving environment Provide administrative support as and when required Provide clients with the highest level of customer service and thought leadership Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in creator economy/or account management roles Understanding of online social and traditional advertising Must have Influencer Agency/Influencer handling experience Experience in ad tech/online marketing technologies and understanding of how to implement them for an effective and efficient marketing strategy Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner, and the ability to communicate this clearly and effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
