With a leading range of sustainable nutrient management solutions, the group provides agronomic services to clients across Western Australia's key broadacre cropping zones. Now in a key time of industry development, an opportunity has presented for a Senior Account Manager to drive a passionate and client-centric team.
About The Position:
The Senior Account Manager will manage a dedicated team, which delivers mutually beneficial commercial opportunities in soil fertility and plant nutrition. This will involve one-on-one people and team development, leading by example in setting targets and executing agreed sales strategies. As part of this, the Senior Account Manager will take oversight of customer service, business development, administration and logistics. It is expected that the Senior Account Manager will be required to spend at least two nights per week in the Great Southern region and as such, housing / accommodation can be provided (if required). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in contributing to your team's ongoing commercial success.
About The Person:
To be successful in this position, candidates will require the following:
People / team management experience Exceptional relationship management skills Demonstrable time management and communication skills Commercial acumen Career motivation A willingness to work in the Great Southern region Capacity to drive in, drive out or housing provided (if required) On Offer:
