key player delivering on the Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan.The Role: As a Senior Account Manager in Assets and Operations, you will be responsible for owning , proactively managing , and developing the business relationship between Yurika and the assigned customer portfolio of both internal and external stakeholders.You will grow the business account, achieve assigned sales and profitability goals, provide business and technical expertise, and support in the design of complex E-Mobility sales and technical service solutions.Day to day, you will aim to retain and profitably grown Yurika's market share through proactively managing, maintaining, and developing relationships.You will anticipate potential service problems and will monitor ongoing customer communications to ensure customer satisfaction.This is a strategic role, which will call upon your background within the technical EV charging station environment.With flexi-working and a 9 or 10 day fortnight in place, the bottom of the salary band from starts from $140,751 for 9 days and $159,049 for 10 days + 12.75% superannuation .The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant's knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position.Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Energy Queensland Union Collective Agreement 2020.For more information about this role, click on the position description link located at the bottom of the page.About You: You will hold a Degree in Business , Engineering (or related discipline) , or have significant demonstrable experience working in environments that involve complex account operations, client relations, or contact centre operations related to E-Mobility .You will have demonstrated experience and commercial/business acumen within the EV industry, and will have a strong understanding of EV products and services.Armed with your strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build excellent relationships, you will also be someone who is skilled at developing rapport with internal and external stakeholders.You are a strong problem solver, with the capability to influence and negotiate
