The Role:The Senior Account Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing outdoor media campaigns with Direct clients, maximizing revenue to achieve agreed revenue targets, and ensuring complete client satisfaction when dealing with QMS. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in Direct Sales, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to drive campaign success through meticulous planning and execution. The Senior Account Manager will be instrumental in developing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring campaign goals are met, maintaining a proactive workflow and a high profile to guarantee total client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service and results.As a senior member of the team, the Senior Account Manager will be expected to drive the business and brand across the Independent Direct market What you will be able to do:Driving the QMS business and brand across the full Direct market in VictoriaLead & motivate a team of high-performing salespeopleDelivering an agreed set of KPI's for yourself and the team Achieve all format sales targets against set budgets measured against lunar and quarterly periodsReporting weekly performance of revenue and business-related matters to your State Sales leader and/or National Sales Director – Independent & Direct SalesFormulate, implement, and manage strategic quarterly business plans regarding client base accounts to achieve revenue targets.Conduct product demonstrations (where applicable) and coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and account management plans.Assist in new business pitches and proposals, leveraging industry expertise to attract new clients.Manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative and impactful outdoor media solutions.Ensure delivery of weekly minimum KPI's (8 engagements & 6 new deals p/w) for you and your team, and timely recording in Boostr.Act as the primary point of contact for direct clients in your Victorian territory.Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.Lead the planning, development, and execution of campaigns in your portfolio ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.Coach and mentor Account Coordinator and Account Managers and assist with engagement, development and retention.What are we looking for?Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes:Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skillsA minimum of 4 - 5 years direct sales experience within a Sales or Media environmentPrevious experience in managing budgets and achieving sales targets individually and as a team.Specialist OOH product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution. Excellent multitasking, project management skills and high attention to detail.
