Senior Account Manager - Construction

With your previous leadership and broking experience within the SME and Commercial Construction Market, you will be able to build on an established client base by identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
Your network and market relationships will provide new gateways for placements and markets for your clients.
This role is focused more on people leadership and development but will still have a small key client account portfolio of priority relationships and centers of influence.
The company prioritizes outstanding customer service, addressing all client needs promptly and professionally.
The secondary focus is ensuring the division's overall performance from New Business, retention of clients, management of claims, and key relationships with the Construction market.
Identifying new markets and opportunities and leveraging other focal specialisms within the company will form part of the strategic planning and execution within the role.
