As a Senior Account Manager , what are you going to do?
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Account Manager to join a market-leading, innovative, and fast-growing biometric technology company.

We provide complete end-to-end solutions covering solution design, cutting-edge biometric software and hardware products, design and manufacturing, project delivery, and the full-service lifecycle within one dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager owns the commercial relationship with the client and maintains and grows relationships with all customers in the region while achieving an assigned sales and growth goal.
Reporting to the Head of the Region, the Sales Account Manager is expected to retain and grow existing accounts, while pursuing profitable new opportunities.
The Account Manager sells the company's complete product and service offering.
Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to support in solution development, bid and proposal delivery.
Develops customer account plans that identify relevant customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and company investments, and establish a clear action plan for success.
Working as part of a small team, you'll want to sell responsibly and work together with other parts of the business to drive successful business forward.
Maintains an up-to-date Sales Forecast within Salesforce, and actively engages with Product, Delivery, and Operations teams.
Experience and prerequisites:
A minimum of five (5) years of Account Management experience in a business-to-business and large/strategic customer segment.
Highly desirable to have experience managing clients in the technology sector, and any experience with biometrics is a positive.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Excellent relationship builder with significant commercial experience, managing complex contracts.
Assertive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility, autonomy, and initiative.
Fluent in English; additional languages highly desirable.
Desirable; Salesforce experience.
