If this resonates, read on!Responsibilities:Demonstrate understanding of key client information, with an ability to build knowledge on client business strategy, issues impacting products/services, key stakeholders and competitor landscape.Assist in the creation of communication plans to meet client objectives.Assist multiple projects across varied client portfolio from concept to completion, troubleshoot problems, deliver quality work against deadlines.Lead client correspondence on daily/ routine matters (i.e. daily updates, activity reports, etc.)Deliver high-quality internal and external content depending on the channel, platform, and audience.Coordinate and work closely with the integrated teams across creative, digital, data/ analytics and Edelman partners/ vendors.Demonstrate a decent understanding of measurement and insights to track client programs and report on key learnings.Manage media lists, handle media relations, and provide support for events and new business opportunities.Guide and mentor junior team members including graduate trainees and interns.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client or agency role.Strong research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with media.Able to perform well under pressure and be a team player.Understanding of global sector and technology/innovation trends.We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
