Role OverviewAs a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for a sizeable portfolio of large SME and mid-market clients requiring your technical broking experience and expertise to tailor their insurance solutions, with a focus on retention and portfolio growth.

End-to-end management of a portfolio of large SME and mid-market clientsMaintaining and growing the portfolio through new business initiativesFacilitate the provision of quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims and processingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurersMaintain industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and eventsAdopt an open mind and willingness to learnWe are looking for someone with:Experience with large SME risks and mid-market risks including understanding of ISR policiesRisk identification and management capabilities for a variety of industriesUnderstanding of the full general insurance product suiteA positive can-do attitude!
