Airwallex is seeking seasoned Enterprise Sales professionals with a background in fintech to join our dynamic team in Sydney or Melbourne. If you're a sales powerhouse eager to make your mark in the Australian market, this is your chance!
As a key member of our Enterprise Sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing major deals with large enterprises across Australia and New Zealand. You'll work closely with the Head of Enterprise Sales and drive significant impact in the Enterprise segment.
What you'll do:
Identify and close complex, high-value deals with enterprises across various industries
Manage multi-faceted sales cycles, engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Develop and implement strategic engagement plans for key prospects
Meticulously manage your pipeline, deal flow, and forecasting
Proactively identify and address client challenges
Deliver insightful and exceptional experiences for prospects and customers
What you bring:
8-10+ years of experience in complex technology sales to enterprise accounts, ideally in fintech/payments
Proven experience selling multiple API solution products
The ability to build relationships with decision-makers in key verticals
A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Strong history of generating new business revenue
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
A talent for simplifying complex concepts
Resilience, drive, creativity, patience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure
Success-oriented mindset and accountability for achieving KPIs and revenue targets
Willingness to travel as needed and work autonomously with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week
