Manage and develop all experiential clients, ensuring client satisfaction and growth. Oversee team performance, driving a high-performing team and ensuring excellence in project management and account service. Work closely with department leads to provide visibility on workflow pipelines and assist with resource management. Support the agency's vision and culture, contributing to its growth and success as a senior team member. Play multiple roles across the agency, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution across various teams. About you: Extensive industry experience in marketing, with a deep understanding of the Australian retail environment and shopper marketing strategy, as well as business development, negotiation, and influencing skills. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate effectively with strategy, creative, digital, and production teams to drive results across diverse categories. Expertise in managing multiple campaigns/clients, ensuring strong ROI, profitability, and financial performance while maintaining high levels of organisation and problem-solving under pressure.
