THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced advertising sales professional to join the high performing Melbourne Direct and Indies Sales team as our Senior Account Director, working on an established portfolio of direct and independent media agencies who seek out strategic & innovative multi-stream audio solutions that deliver exceptional results for clients.

Our All of Audio Sales proposition gives you the opportunity to drive portfolio growth across the fastest growing digital sector 'Digital Audio' through our live streaming and Nova Podcasts products.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a high-performance mindset, prior media sales experience & relationships, disciplined sales behaviours, and passion & tenacity for driving outcomes.
What you will be doing and what skills you may have: Leading the creation of strategic and innovative audio solutions on an established portfolio of Direct and Independent clients.Develop and sell leading cross platform, All of Audio solutions.Identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth across both live and on-demand audio.Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets (and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success).Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities.Ability to effectively multi-task, project manage and operate autonomously.Passionate about audio, creativity and delivering a brilliant outcome.Strong and consistent communicator and negotiator.Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a result orientated environment.
