You are Highly experienced working as a Senior Account Director in an integrated agency.A history of commitment and achievement in core roles.A passion for retail brands and advertising, focusing on generating client sales results.In-depth knowledge of the Australian retail industry.Leadership experience and a hands-on approach to managing a team.Experience in managing and overseeing integrated campaigns' strategy, planning, production and implementation.Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.The ability to build and foster strong relationships with senior clients, the internal agency team, key agency suppliers, industry peers and media partners.Ability to establish efficient and effective workflows to ensure delivery and quality of client work.A clear understanding of agency financial processes and remuneration structures.An eye to their future development and progression with the agency and WPP. This is a senior role which reports to the Managing Director. The core responsibility is to lead our engagement on one of Australia's largest and highest-profile retail accounts (JB Hi-Fi).
Working as part of a team of 50+ people, the individual will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, campaign planning, delivery and implementation of all work on this prestigious account, including related day-to-day operations and people management. There will also be opportunities and responsibilities to work on other clients and projects and to contribute to the agency's operations and culture.
