The position
Reason Group is looking for a motivated and dynamic Senior Account Director to join our organisation.
You will accelerate revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships with clients and partners, and enhance our corporate presence across Federal and State Government, Defence, and large enterprises.
You are a dynamic leader with a successful track record in sales, a deep understanding of digital transformation, and substantial experience within the Australian Government digital landscape.
You will be part of the Client Account Services team, and you will work independently to unlock new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and shape our overall business strategy.
Key responsibilities - revenue growth and new business development
You will develop and execute an integrated sales plan that prioritises revenue growth and client acquisition focusing on Federal and State Government, Defence sectors, and large enterprises.
You will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
You will develop client and partner relationships to drive new opportunities to expand our business.
You will contribute to our leadership forums and governance committees on sales and client engagement strategies.
What makes you a great fit?
You have a proven track record in meeting sales growth targets in digital transformation or business consulting in the public sector.
You have extensive relationships and experience in managing senior client relationships in the Federal and State Government, Defence, and large enterprises.
You have exceptional communication skills to influence, engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders at SES level or C Suite.
You prepare high-quality crisp responses to tenders, proposals, and presentations, ensuring compliance with government requirements, legal and corporate guidelines.
You are business-minded and collaborate with delivery, presales, and marketing teams.
You are passionate about making a difference for government clients and improving processes that align them with best practices and market demands.
