Hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses rely on Superloop every day for their connectivity needs.Business Unit OverviewOur Wholesale & International unit drives new business opportunities and customer engagement. They position and promote the competitive edge of our products to create and maintain customer relationships, build robust sales pipelines, close opportunities, and deliver against sales targets and business priorities.Role PurposeSenior Account Director works to build industry relationships and proactively identify opportunities to bring new Wholesale clients onto the Superloop network through the provision of service on our advanced fibre networks. Their primary focus will be to drive new business and opportunities with clients and key decision makers to create new sales opportunities to grow the Superloop Business as well as sustain existing services. Senior Account Directors are critical to achieving long-term organisational strategic goals - through building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain and grow the Wholesale customer portfolio to meet sales targets;Develop a pipeline of opportunities and drive them to closure, through responding to RFPs, customer quote requests, preparing business cases, and utilising the Superloop product portfolio;Provide accurate reports around sales plans and opportunity forecasts;Analyse market intelligence and formulate sales account growth plans;Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, engaging with internal & external stakeholders;Coordinate internal personnel to ensure that customer operational & commercial outcomes are fulfilled via the utilisation of Superloop products and services.Qualifications and ExperienceCompetent at presenting and negotiating value propositions with C-Level executives;Adept in operating with G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office suite applications;Ability to understand and apply commercial acumen;The ability to build strong internal relationships, and influence stakeholders of different functions and levels;Time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure;Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to people in a range of positions;The attitude to win collaboratively;University Graduate - Business / Technical Discipline;Ability to self-motivate and work independently;Demonstrated experience in managing complex and large customers whilst ensuring portfolio longevity and profitability;Responsible for achieving new business sales targets by creating new customer relationships and managing existing account base;Achieve individual & collective team targets - new business, revenue & margin;Create a winning team culture and positive working environment;Lead with customer-centric behaviour and industry-leading CX;Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Share our ambition of being the fastest growth player in the challenger space.To apply:Please send your CV and a cover letter addressing the selection criteria.
