Reporting to the Head of Contracts & Procurement, the Contracts Administrator will directly manage a series of contracts in line with the Senex standards and agreed risk mitigation strategies. This is a fixed term position for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and tracking the sourcing process, including preparing sourcing packages, drafting documents, collaborating with relevant business unit personnel in scope and timing, and evaluating submitted bids. Preparing and formatting draft contracts. Collating 'Contracts on a Page' documentation. Tracking and notifying the appropriate parties on key contract and tender milestones and expiry dates. Monitoring and analysing contract expenditure data. Managing key contract file documentation and deliverables. Establishing and directly managing a suite of contracts. About You:
This role would suit a proactive and hard-working individual with a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to deliver outcomes within defined timeframes. Being able to develop collaborative and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be a key attribute of the successful applicant.
In addition, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, Engineering, business, or a related field preferred. At least 5 years' experience in a Contracts Administration function. Experience in ERP and/or Contract Management system tools highly desirable. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving organizational objectives. Proven track record of applying strong commercial analytical skills with high attention to detail. Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry would be desirable. What's in it for you?
